The hawo SealCut, Sealer Machine and Pouch Maker is a fully automatic, high-throughput pouch-making and heat-sealing system engineered for the efficient production and sealing of sterile barrier systems in hospitals, Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSDs), and medical device reprocessing facilities. Integrating a multi-roll film dispenser with a precision heat sealer, the system automatically manufactures customized flat or gusseted pouches from standard reels while minimizing material consumption through individually adjustable pouch lengths. The validatable hm 8000 AS-V version provides monitored sealing parameters to support process validation and traceability requirements. With production capacities of up to 4,800 pouches per hour, support for multiple packaging materials including Tyvek®, and extensive connectivity and workflow automation capabilities, the hm 8000 AS / AS-V SealCut delivers exceptional productivity, flexibility, and cost-efficiency in modern sterile packaging environments.
