Shipping Policy:

• Anymed provides shipping services for medical devices and supplies to all cities and villages of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia With a fixed value of 18 Saudi riyals.
• Orders that exceed 2000 SAR will be eligible for free shipping
• Anymed also provides shipping to GCC Countries for a fixed value of 38 Saudi riyals. 
• The expected delivery time to all regions of the Kingdom ranges between 3-5 days after completing the purchase order and payment.

Return Policy

• To return an order, please contact us using the provided communication methods.
• Returns are accepted within three days of receiving the product.
• Returned products must be in their original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees (18 Saudi riyals).
• Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are not functioning correctly.
